 Elements of interior design. Fabric designs, hand-painted patterns on the walls.15 marzec 2013 The restaurant GAR was our first assignment that we made for the famous TV cooking show restaurateur Magda Gessler. Initially, the restaurant at Jasna street in Warsaw served Polish and French dishes. The interiors exuded with sublime grey and shades of yellow.We designed, visible in the background hand-painted trees and imprints with projects depicting authentic pre-war cutlery on natural linen. There were also photo wallpapers designed by us. Roller blinds with patterns designed for this restaurant and printed on Polish linen were in the windows. Today, the interiors and the name have different colours and instead of Polish cuisine you can eat Italian pizza, under the watchful eye of Sophia Loren observing you from the walls.     |
